Considerations for Events

We have a fully licensed bar and kitchen and employ professional waitresses, bartenders and chefs (culinary professionals with over 30 years of experience). Our wine selections are imported from Italy or California, and our beers are the popular brands. The facility here accommodates parties of 25 to 200 people and is suitable for weddings, anniversaries, or any function you would like. And we associate with authentic suppliers of fine Italian pastries and products (e.g. for your cakes and pastries).  Details and prices (from our large menu) can be discussed with our Steward or other responsible Trustee. Events may be reserved 12 to 15 months in advance. For the last minute people, if the date requested is available, a minimum of 10 days notice may be necessary (exceptions include arranging after funeral events for members and their families).

• Please include information about what type of event you desire at our Location e.g., number of people, method of service (buffet or served) and various options, e.g., special foods, type or bar service desired, entertainment needs.

• We will assess date availability and other details, and will call, fax, mail, and/or e-mail information to you.

• A deposit will be arranged to secure the mutually acceptable date and event.
